I'll have an announcement with the details later on so keep an eye out for that in the threadmarks.Īs usual, I'll be updating the OP as soon as the deals are announced or leaked so keep a look out for what the latest update is below. One new thing this year is I'm planning to do a couple give away items over the next few weeks as the thread picks up steam. So check back here when we make that shift to find new deals. I will be adding the Cyber Week spreadsheet link here once we start transitioning from Black Friday into Cyber Week deals. ResetEra Official 2022 Black Friday Spreadsheet ResetEra Official 2022 Cyber Week Spreadsheet The same way of sorting and filtering/searching works on the titles too. You can also filter out which platforms you want to see by clicking on the "All" drop down and unchecking which platforms you want to remove. You can also sort by platform by looking at the last column, right clicking on the letter of the column and select "Sort sheet A->Z". Every platform has a visual icon so you can quickly see which platform a title is for. The spreadsheet will automatically highlight the lowest price in green to indicate which retailer or retailers have the lowest price. Nothing much has changed since last year, but here's a quick overview for those who are new or have forgotten how it works. ![]() The spreadsheet was once again a hit last year making this year our third attempt at it. ![]() I will try to keep this thread up to date as much as possible but just keep in mind that the lines are now blurred and not everything will happen during the week of Thanksgiving. If you're concerned about having already opened an item you've bought, you can always return the second one that arrives as long as you bought the same exact item regardless of which retailer you buy it from. Waiting to price match can result in items selling out before you are able to get it price matched. Sometimes it'll be easier and quicker to rebuy it and then return the previous one rather than trying to price match. I suggest because of this that you buy what you're looking for sooner but fully take advantage of price matching and return policies. This certainly makes it more tricky to follow deals as they're happening constantly and hard to tell if you should buy now or wait to see if the real Black Friday deal is coming later. These days, retailers have been spreading their deals over the period of several weeks prior to Black Friday as well as afterward. With most people moving on from the pandemic, it's probably safe to assume that retailers will likely treat this Black Friday season more like they had prior to the pandemic. Yet at the same time, it seems like one can expect Xbox Series S to have some pretty good deals out there. It will be interesting to see how retailers stockpile PS5s and Xbox Series X systems for this holiday season as they're still scarce to come by. Whether people like it or not, people are moving on from the pandemic and yet amazingly we're still being hampered by hardware shortages. This year, Black Friday will be on November 25th. It's that time of year again when we set aside our differences and come together to hunt for the best deals of the year. ![]()
